Roosevelt Island, NY — RIVAA Gallery presents Fragments of Time, a solo exhibition by award-winning artist Georgette Sinclair, opening Saturday, September 6 with a free public reception from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.

Known for her luminous pastels and painterly realism, Sinclair captures fleeting moments and emotional landscapes with tonal depth and poetic vision. Influenced by the French Impressionists and tonalism, her work invites viewers to linger in spaces where memory and atmosphere meet.

Fragments of Time features portraits, landscapes, and city scenes inspired by Sinclair’s travels and her New York surroundings, each piece offering a quiet narrative rendered in light, color, and texture.
